Media buyer for construction lead gen

You'll run the primary acquisition channel for home improvement and construction businesses turning over $500k to $3M a year. We need a media buyer as good as the service we deliver, and someone ready to grow into leading our media buying team.

What you'll do

  • Own Meta lead gen for our partners, from account structure to scaling
  • Build campaigns, ad sets and audiences that work for service areas, not national reach
  • Test creative, hooks and offers, then scale what works
  • Watch CPL, cost per booked appointment and lead quality every day
  • Work with our appointment setters so ad spend is judged on booked jobs, not form fills
  • Report results to the team clearly each week

Who we're after

You've run Meta lead gen for local service businesses, ideally home improvement, construction or home services. You know a cheap lead means nothing if it doesn't book. You're comfortable in GoHighLevel and can run several accounts at once without dropping the ball. You want to lead, not just execute.

This is a remote role, and we'd ideally like you to be based in the Philippines.

Full time means full time

This is a full time contractor role and we expect full time productivity. We're not looking for someone juggling a side roster of clients or another job. If you want one team to go all in with, and a company that goes all in on you in return, this is it.

Pay

AUD $3,000 per month base, with invoices paid fortnightly, plus performance bonuses on top.
